The Chapter will provide: A published schedule for each hunt. An experienced Hunt Master, with knowledge of the area for each hunt. Map and directions to the area of the hunt. Information on Motels and Camping in the area of the hunt. Permission to hunt on private property on scheduled hunting dates. Assistance with dressing and packing any game shot in coolers provided by participant. A list of equipment needed to participate.
A member must provide or do the following to participate in a hunt: Register for a hunt by the published deadline. Meet with Hunt Master to evaluate skills and any special arrangements required. Demonstrate familiarity with rifle and ability to shoot. Make own arrangements for lodging or camping near the hunt area. Make own arrangements for transportation to and from hunting area. Provide own meals during the hunt. Obtain all necessary licenses and tags for the species hunted. Provide coolers for dressed meat. Provide for own personal assistance needs. Sign a “hold harmless” agreement for NWPVA. |
