Attention!!!
All veterans receiving monetary benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and those benefits are being direct deposited. It is very important that you advise the VA every time your address changes. If the VA is not aware of your new address and they send correspondence to you that is returned to them they may stop your benefits even though your benefits are being direct deposited. |

The PVA Veterans Benefits Department (VBD) provides assistance and representation before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), without charge, to veterans with spinal cord injury or dysfunction, and their eligible dependents. They can advise you on all federal and state programs, including: claims, compensation, aide and attendance, housebound benefits, non-service connected pension, educational benefits, government insurance, and home loans. They can also assist with questions regarding fee-basis care, nursing home care, home health care, VA outpatient care, and hospital care. The assistance is offered through a network of highly skilled national service officers (NSOs) located in 56 offices nationally. National Service Officers Michael Killen and Mark Snow are available for NWPVA members and operate an office in downtown Seattle.
